Customer can return what he has purchased within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. To take advantage of the return you must send an email to email@example.com specifying the name of the person who made the order, the number and the date.
The customer will receive an email containing the instructions for the return. Shipping charges for returning the item (s) are fully paid by the customer
The product to be delivered must arrive at our store no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. After this time, we do not guarantee the acceptance of the return.
Each item must be returned with all attached labels and tags, including any original package and accessories received along with the order
Footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box
In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or that mistakes occur on our part, we will pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouses. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return for defective goods.
There are 3 types of yield compensation:
Size change: only available for ITALY. Change can take place for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available.
Store Credit: As soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will send a code of the total value of the returned items to be used for subsequent purchases. Shipping costs will not be included in the Store Credit. The voucher can only be used once within 3 months of the return and must be scaled entirely to an order of equal or higher value.
Refund: will be made as soon as the return will arrive at our warehouses. For orders paid with Paypal or Credit Card, the amount will be returned to your original bank account or card. If the order has been paid in other ways, the customer is required to report a refund method as it likes. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.
For all aspects not explicitly expressed, the European regulation for distance trading is valid.
